Pick where your products should live
Choose a Movnn hub close to where most of your customers are. The closer your stock is to your buyers, the faster and cheaper every delivery becomes. You can store in one city or spread stock across several.
Which hub should I choose?
The one nearest most of your buyers. Selling across Nigeria? Split your stock between a few hubs and each order ships from the closest one.
How much does storage cost?
From ₦200/month, and your first 7 days of storage are free. You only pay for the space you use. No lease, no deposit for a shop.
Is my stock safe?
Every unit is counted in, shelved in a secure hub and tracked in real time in your dashboard, so you always know what you have.
Step 2 · We come to you
We pick up your stock, wherever it is
Book a pickup from your dashboard. A Movnn vehicle collects your products from your shop, your home, your warehouse or straight from your supplier. At the hub, every item is counted, checked and put on the shelf.
Where can you pick up from?
Anywhere your stock is: a shop, a market stall, a warehouse, your home or your supplier.
My supplier is in another state. Is that a problem?
No. We handle first-mile pickup and interstate transfers, so stock can move from your supplier straight to the hub nearest your buyers.
How do I know what you received?
Once your stock is counted in, it shows up in your dashboard, item by item, with live quantities.

We connect to every place you sell
However your customers buy from you, your orders flow into Movnn. Connect your own website, your e-commerce platform or the social media pages you sell on, and every order lands in one dashboard.
I sell on Instagram and WhatsApp. Does this work for me?
Yes. Add each order in your Movnn dashboard in a few taps and we take it from there, exactly like an online store order.
I have my own website. Do I need a developer?
Platforms like Shopify, Bumpa and Catlog connect in a few clicks. For a custom website, your developer can plug into our API.

The moment a customer orders, the nearest Movnn hub gets it. You don’t forward messages, print labels or call anyone. Just keep selling.
Do I need to send you each order?
Not for connected stores: orders sync automatically. For social media sales, add the order in your dashboard and it’s sent to the hub.
Can I follow every order?
Yes. Each order shows its live status in your dashboard, from received to delivered.

We pick it off the rack and pack it properly
Our team finds the item on the rack, packs it neatly, labels it and gets it ready to leave. No packing staff to hire, no running out of tape, no orders mixed up.
How soon is an order packed?
As soon as it lands. Picking starts the moment the hub receives your order.
What if I’m running low on stock?
Your dashboard shows live stock levels for every product, so you know exactly when to restock. Book another pickup and we’ll collect it.

Step 6 · At your customer’s door
Delivered on time, from the closest hub
A rider leaves from the hub nearest your customer, so delivery takes hours, not days. Your customer gets their order on time, you see it marked delivered, and they come back to buy again.
How fast is delivery?
Same-day delivery within our hub cities, and fast nationwide delivery to customers in other states.
What about returns?
Handled. We manage returns and reverse logistics for you, so you don’t chase riders or parcels.
Will I know when it’s delivered?
Yes. Every delivery is tracked in real time in your dashboard.

How long until I can start fulfilling orders?
Creating your account takes minutes. Once we’ve picked up and shelved your stock, you’re typically live within 5–7 business days.
I’m a small seller. Is Movnn only for big brands?
No. We work with everyone from Instagram sellers and side hustles to SMEs, FMCG and retail brands, from 1 SKU to 100,000.
Can I use only storage, or only delivery?
Yes. Warehousing, pick & pack, delivery and inventory distribution work together, but you can start with just the part you need.
Which cities do you cover?
We run 10+ hubs including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Jos, Calabar, Minna, Makurdi and Lokoja, and deliver to customers nationwide.
